Need a lawyer for free / cheap in child support?

Child support has raised my support for my child that is fine. But now I am on unemployment and now they have taking all of my unemployment from me. I have no money to live on right now. I need to fine someone that can help me out. I want to get my child support lower. I live in canton Ohio can someone please help me out thank you.. As a father I dont have any rights.
