Saturday Morning Show in the 90's?

I can;t think of the name of this show it was broadcast either on abc, nbc, fox, or cbs. It was about weird things happening at a school, most likely a high school. the one episode i remember is how the lunchladys were afraid of mustard or ketchup and they would cook insects into the food. the other part of this episode that i remember is that the main character broke open a cookie he took home and he found ants or other insects inside it. it was aired most likely in the mid to late 90's
