He cheated on me? Help please?

I feel horrible for you reading this. But heres my answer...do NOT take him back! I say this with more than one reason. Clearly he didnt care about your personal choice to wait until marriage, if he did care and respect that, he wouldnt have cheated. I think if you take him back, its just opening a door to let him do it again, and he knows this. He will cheat again, he sent you a song and than still went out with that girl to the movies? that guy is a joke! You can do wayyy better than that! Keep his a** outside on the curb, dont waste your time! Hes a jerk!
