Can I ride a train from canton, PA to westbury, NY?

I know there's not a train in Canton but there might be one near here. So I really need to get to Westbury and I'm not sure if I can get there by train so please help. Oh and can you tell me if there's a lot of traffic on the way to Westbury? Thanks.
