Need help with boy problems?

Im in 8th grade and theres this guy in 9th ive liked since 6th grade i was scared to tell him i like him. so this year i starting getting to know him more and hang out with him and now weve been talking for about 3 months now and he says he likes me and all but he hasnt asked me out yet... and ive made out with him. and he told me 1-10 he likes me 11. how do i get him to ask me out hes playing with my mind!!!!
