My boyfriend always.says "do you love me?"?

Weve been dating for two years, ive known him for 5. Yes, I love him so very much and we say it to eachother, ita not like some secret love I havent confessed yet so why does he ask it? Like today, we were texting about our plans for tomorrow and he randomly said "do you love me?" This is just one example, he does it.about twice a week. He says its because hes scared ill stop loving him...wtf, help? What do I tell him!
