Which apartment in Canton, GA is the best, safe, and affordable for a family?

I am looking to move there with my 2 kids in the near future. I'm lost when it comes to choosing an apartment. I am looking for a safe environment that has plenty of children and is family oriented. Does that exist? Thanks so much for any replies!
