WHAT DO YOU THINK??? WHY IS HE ACTING THIS WAY?

my boyfriends 25th borthda was yeserday and ive been telling him i want to get him a pesent and take him to seaworld. he kept saying no no you dont make alot of money its ok, but i insisted. at this time also is when i had to pay bills and such but it turned out i didnt have enough money in the end for what i planned. i made him a giant card that a wrote a story long size about how great he is and how he makes me feel, i also made him a giant heart cookie cake that was pretty hard to do, i even went to the mall and pickd out 3 diff. shirts by his fav. clothing co. that were on sale for $10 and thats all the money i had & he didnt want them and by the end of the night we got into an argument about him buying me tons of things for my bday & i didnt do much for his bday to show i care n love him, hes like you didnt even get me a small gift. I dont understand i told him wen i get paid in 2 weeks i wanna take him to seaworld n get him a shirt. Why is he acting this way?? weve been togther for 2 yrs.
