Should I pursue him? I really like a guy and i cant stop thinking about him.?

I recently met a guy and I really like him. We have a lot in common and I can't stop thinking about him. Weve hung out a couple of times, he's even cooked dinner and we ate at his place most recently. He says he likes me a lot, he could really see us being in a relationship. But here's the issue: he doesn't pursue me like other guys have. He will call and text me a lot one day, and then I don't hear from him until I initiate conversation. He's very honest and he's told me that he still talks to other women. Does this mean that I need to keep talking to him, or is he not really into me. He's a Capricorn and I a Pisces woman, so I'm clueless...
