Peyton Manning vs. Tom Brady (Only people with great football knowledge answer)?

The real question is who would be better if the roles were reversed....the teams the same except Brady on the Colts and Manning on the Patriots. I think Manning would achieve as well as Brady. The front office of the Pats is far better than the front office of the Colts.
