My parents are trying to make me do chores?

Okay not to sound spoiled or nothing but its just me and my brother have never did chores. We are 17 & 16 and they just now give us a chore list. My friends have been doing them since they were little but they expect us to do them now. One said clean the bathroom which I WILL NEVER DO! I vowed to myself years ago that I will never clean a restroom, I will hire someone to do that for me, I am talking about in the future when I have my own place. Then they tell us to wash dishes which I have never done a day in my life. If I end up doing it I will purposely use up all the dish detergent on a plate or something. Its the summer and they never even bought me a birthday or christmas gift and expect me to clean for them. I vacuumed the floor today. They said they will give us 40$ at the end of the week but my parents never have money to give us so whats us think they have $40 to give us just for doing chores. My parents said he not doing it and I am considering but I am only doing the chores I like. We are not rich and our house is trashy looking so its not like weve been spoiled our whole life. They said they will take away my phone, his ps3, and the computer which we dont care. I dont text forreal on my phone and barely use it, I never play the ps3 forreal, and I dont care about the computer. What should we do?
